When will my order arrive?
Your print should arrive within 10 - 14 days. If you haven't received it after 14 days, please reach out to me by email at email@example.com
For Christmas deliveries, please order by December 7th.
My print arrived damaged, what can I do about this?
On the rare occassion that there is any issues with your print, please reach out to me right away with a picture and description of the problem at firstname.lastname@example.org
If your print arrived damaged due to mail handling, I will replace it at no cost.
My goal is to make sure you're 100% happy with your print so I will do everything I can to fix any issues you may experience.
Please keep in mind that the prints are very delicate so it's important to handle them with care and keep them away from any food or liquids. Any damage due to personal negligence is not refundable.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you reach out to us right after ordering, I may be able to change your order if it's not already being processed.
The print I'm looking for isn't in your shop - can I still get it printed?
If you can't find the picture that you'd like to get printed, please send a screenshot of the print you're looking for to email@example.com and I'd be happy to see if I can get it printed for you.
Do your prints come with a certificate?
My Limited Edition prints will come with a certificate of authenticity. This will include the title, your print number, the medium, logo, digital signature and a matching hologram authenticating the certificate.
